When ordering a product from Bath and Table Linens, we request basic information to allow us to ship your products, such as your name, street address, email address, and telephone number. This information will remain confidential and will only be used to ship you your products. We also request billing information, however you may choose whether to submit your billing information (credit card number, etc.) over the Internet. If you choose not to submit billing information online you may submit credit card information via postal mail or fax. However, this process may take longer to receive your product(s). Your billing information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your request.

 2. Submitting Feedback

If you have a question or concern, you may submit feedback via our Contact Us page. We request your name and email address in order to respond to your comments. It is our promise that your email address will not be sold or used for any other purpose other than responding to your questions or informing you about special promotions, new products or asking for your comments about how to improve our service.
